CASE REPORT: We report the case of a 74-year old woman who presented with an ulcerated mass of the vagina. Histology of the tumor showed malignant mixed mullerian tumor (MMMT) with squamous and spindle cell stromal components, associated with high-grade vaginal intraepithelial neoplasia (VaIN 3). Immunohistochemical study of the neoplasm revealed that the malignant stromal tumor was a high-grade leiomyosarcoma. Despite the multimodal therapeutic approach, the patient died within 11 months.

Six cases of a rare entity, lacrimal gland malignant mixed tumor (MMT), or carcinoma arising in benign mixed tumor (BMT), are presented. OBJECTIVE: Uterine malignant mixed müllerian tumors (MMMTs) are rare aggressive tumors with a high incidence of lymphatic, peritoneal, and pulmonary metastases. Preoperative differentiation from endometrial adenocarcinoma would be beneficial because their prognoses differ.

A 59-year-old male took total cystourethrectomy on July, 1991, since the bladder tumor recurred 2 years and 4 months after transurethral resection. Six months after total cystourethrectomy, an abnormal mass shadow appeared on the right lower lung field. Metastatic lung tumor was strongly suspected from CT scan. PURPOSE: To review the clinical presentation, treatment, and prognosis of patients with malignant mixed tumor (carcinoma ex pleomorphic adenoma) of the lacrimal gland.
METHODS: Clinical records and radiographic images were reviewed for patients with malignant mixed tumor of the lacrimal gland treated at the center during 2008-2019.

We report the case of an ulcerated malignant cutaneous mixed tumor occurring on the nose of a 75-year-old woman. Malignant cutaneous mixed tumor (CMT) is a rare neoplasm. Of the 14 previously reported cases, 10 occurred on the extremities, three on the trunk, and one on the scalp. This contrasts with the benign CMT which is found mainly on the head and neck region, the nose being the most commonly affected site. Although eight of the cases of malignant CMT recurred and 10 metastasized, the primary lesion never ulcerated.
