Gorlin syndrome is an autosomal dominant disorder characterized by congenital anomalies and tumorigenesis. OBJECTIVES: Keratocystic odontogenic tumors (KCOTs) are benign cystic lesions of the jaws that occur sporadically in isolation or in association with nevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome (NBCCS).
