Glans penis leiomyomas are uncommon as primary nonepithelial tumors of the urogenital tract. Only 4 cases are described until today. We saw an other case of an 12 years old boy with a leiomyoma of the glans penis. Clinically the lesion presented as a yellow induration with no symptoms as pain, pruritus or bleeding. BACKGROUND: Dermoid cysts are benign neoplasms deriving from ectoderm and mesoderm and can be found in a variety of locations. Uterine leiomyomas are benign tumors that grow within the muscle tissue of the uterus. In a follow-up study of 1 000 patients subjected to Billroth II resection for duodenal ulcer in the period 1948-1956, the late mortality up to the end of 1977 (522 patients) was analyzed. The observed mortality was compared with the expected mortality calculated by the life-table method and indirectly standardized for age, sex, domicile and time and cause of death. Testicular germ-cell tumours (TGCT) are the most common neoplasm in young men. Various studies have suggested the existence of an inherited predisposition to development of these tumours.
