Changes in liver structure in experimental CCl₄-induced hepatitis depend on the phase of the circumannual cycle. Pronounced disorders in the liver with a model of toxic hepatitis were observed in winter and fall and minor changes were recorded in summer. In spring, the liver was characterized by higher adaptation and compensatory potential, its structural status spontaneously returned to normal on day 4 after the last injection of CCl₄.

This paper presents a variety of cases in which very early loss of abscessed primary molars caused early eruption of the permanent successors. Studies on the compatibility between Bulinus truncatus and Schistosoma haematobium from various areas in the Senegal River basin (SRB) were carried out, to investigate the role of B. truncatus in the epidemiology of urinary schistosomiasis in Senegal. The results show that B. truncatus from the Lower Valley is not compatible with S. haematobium from the Middle Valley. Interestingly, the study reveals that B. truncatus from the Upper Valley is compatible with S. haematobium from the same area, and that S. haematobium from the Middle Valley is compatible with B. truncatus from the Lower Valley.

The biocontrolled chronoelectrotherapy for Stardgardt's disease has some advantage over the traditional electrostimulation techniques. There is an increase in the efficacy with a lower number of sessions, adverse reactions are not observed, and the risk for overdosage decreases. The technique proposed normalizes the rhythms of blood flow and it may be useful for the chronoelectrostimulation of the paired eye in abnormalities of or injury to the other eye. Its therapeutical efficiency is controlled by the changes occurring in the ERG b-wave.
