Alterations of BRAF, most commonly the V600E point mutation, are uncommon in salivary gland tumors, while BRAF fusions are exceptionally rare. Intraductal carcinoma of the salivary glands is a rare, not well-characterized tumor. We reviewed the literature and report the first case of a high-grade unicystic intraductal carcinoma of the parotid. Formalin-fixed/paraffin-embedded blocks were sectioned and stained for hematoxylin and eosin and immunostains (CAM5.2, EMA, CK5, p53, p63, SMA, S100 protein, DOG1, mammaglobin, AR, ER, PR, Her-2, and Ki67). A 72-year-old man showed a painless nodule (2 cm) in the right parotid region. A 'tumor of uncertain malignant potential' (low grade) was diagnosed by fine-needle aspiration cytology (FNAC).

Adenolipoma of the skin is a rare variant of lipoma not yet reported to involve the external female genitalia. We report, for the first time, 2 cases of adenolipoma arising in or immediately adjacent to the vulva in women aged 41 and 44 years. They are characterized by sparse mammaglobin immunoreactive eccrine sweat glands embedded within lobules of mature adipose tissue. This report brings attention to this novel soft tissue tumor in a site where fat and sweat glands are normal tissue constituents.

We report the case of a 46-year-old woman who presented with a tumor on the left labium majus in the region of the Bartholin gland. Surgical excision revealed a mucinous adenocarcinoma of intestinal-type (CK20+, CDX-2+). PURPOSE: For invasive breast cancer (IBC), high SOX10 expression was reported particularly in TNBC. This raised the possibility that SOX10 may complement other breast markers for determining cancers of breast origin.
METHODS: Here, we compared the expression of SOX10 with other breast markers (GATA3, mammaglobin and GCDFP15) and their combined expression in a large cohort of IBC together with nodal metastases. Gastric metastasis of breast cancer is clinically rare and its diagnosis is often delayed because of the difficulty in differentiating it from primary gastric cancer. Here, we report a case of gastric metastasis identified 12 years after surgery for left-sided breast cancer.
