In recent years, daratumumab has been increasingly applied in the treatment of systemic light-chain (AL) amyloidosis, significantly improving the prognosis of patients. Currently, the internationally recognized daratumumab treatment regimen comes from the ANDROMEDA trial. The amyloidoses are a family of diseases in which misfolded precursor proteins aggregate to form amyloid and deposit in body tissues. Elizabethkingia meningosepticum (E. meningosepticum) is a ubiquitous microorganism previously known as Chryseobacterium meningosepticum. Over recent decades, many clinical trials on curcumin supplementation have been conducted on various autoimmune diseases including osteoarthritis, type 2 diabetes, and ulcerative colitis patients. Dengue poses a significant global public health threat, with diverse clinical manifestations due to complex interactions between the host and the pathogen.
