CONTEXT: Urethral stricture disease (USD) is initially managed with minimally invasive techniques such as urethrotomy and urethral dilatation. Minimally invasive techniques are associated with a high recurrence rate, especially in recurrent USD. Adjunctive measures, such as local drug injection, have been used in an attempt to reduce recurrence rates.

BACKGROUND: This study explores the incidence of patient-reported major toxicity-symptoms rated "moderate," "severe," or "very severe"-for chemotherapy regimens commonly used in early breast cancer.

AIM: The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of surgical staging in stage I clear cell adenocarcinoma of the ovary (CCC).
METHODS: We performed a retrospective review of 165 patients with stage I CCC treated with optimal or nonoptimal staging surgery.
