Between March to December 2024, we observed a PEG-IFNα2a shortage in France for MPN patients. We identified and followed 90 patients from our center and observed 80% of difficulties obtaining the drug, and 61 patients among all (67.8%) did not receive their prescribed drug on time (impacted group). OBJECTIVES: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Janus kinase inhibitors (JAKi) in a monocentric series of patients with JDM and to identify factors associated with the achievement of clinically inactive disease (CID).
METHODS: Single-centre retrospective study of 39 JDM patients treated with JAKi for at least 6 months. The proportion of patients achieving CID within 6 months after initiation of JAKi was assessed using the PRINTO criteria and the Skin Disease Activity Score. BACKGROUND: New treatment options for warts include intralesional wart injection with agents such as vitamin D, measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) vaccine antigen, Bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) antigen, and candida antigen but there have been limited studies to compare their efficacies.
OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this systematic review is to compare the efficacy and safety of injectable agents used for the treatment of warts.
