BACKGROUND: Panitumumab is an EGFR inhibitor used for the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC), even if its use is related to skin toxicity.
CASE PRESENTATION: We report the development of forearm panniculitis in two women during the treatment with Panitumumab (6 mg/Kg intravenous every 2 weeks) + FOLFOX-6 (leucovorin, 5- fluorouracil, and oxaliplatin at higher dosage) for the treatment of mCRC.

The safety of decitabine as bridging treatment before allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) in children with refractory hematological malignancies was evaluated. All 11 cases succeeded in hematopoietic reconstitution. The main adverse reaction was hematological toxicity. Neither did infections occur, nor drug-induced liver damage and renal impairment during decitabine administration. Most cases showed grade Ⅰ-Ⅱgastrointestinal adverse events. One case was diagnosed as severe acute graft versus host disease and died of intracranial hemorrhage on day 61 after allo-HSCT.

BACKGROUND: Thyroid lymphomas are an exceptional finding in patients with thyroid nodules. Burkitt's lymphoma is one of the rarest and most aggressive forms of thyroid lymphomas, and its prognosis depends on the earliness of medical treatment. Given the rarity of this disease, making a prompt diagnosis can be challenging.
