The occurrence of primary breast cancer of the vulva is extremely rare (24 cases described in the English-language literature). We report a case of a primary breast carcinoma of the vulva. An 82-year-old woman presented with a nodule of the left labia minor, which was excised. The histologic examination revealed the presence of adenocarcinoma of mammary origin, positive for common breast markers and for estrogen and progesterone receptors. Breast ulceration is an alarming sign for clinicians and places a significant physical and psychological burden on the patient. We report a rare presentation of pyoderma gangrenosum of the breast in a patient known to have ulcerative colitis but no active underlying disease process and no history of breast tissue trauma. This case report with literature review highlights the importance of considering pyoderma gangrenosum as a differential diagnosis in breast ulcers.

Mammographic density (MD) is a well-established risk factor for breast cancer. Whether MD influences the tumor phenotype remains to be clarified. We report a case of a 22-year-old female with an asymptomatic telangiectatic rash involving her left breast of 10 years' duration. Biopsies revealed cularis findings consistent with telangiectasia m a eruptiva perstans (TMEP). Telangiectasia macularis eruptiva perstans most often presents in a symmetric fashion; our patient represents an unusual case of unilateral TMEP involving the breast. Therefore, TMEP should be considered when a patient presents with telangiectasia, even if the presentation is unilateral.

INTRODUCTION: The standard treatment for Paget's disease of the breast is mastectomy. Since it is frequently associated with underlying carcinoma, many surgeons are reluctant to choose breast conserving surgery for Paget's disease.
