We present a 58-year-old Jamaican man with an eight-month history of an isolated, vegetative, eroded, and crusted plaque on the posterior aspect of the scalp. AIMS: To study the histological spectrum of lymphadenopathy in human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infected Thai patients.
METHODS: Lymph nodes from 55 HIV infected patients were accessioned over a 19 month period in two pathology laboratories in Bangkok, Thailand. These were examined with H&E, Ziehl-Neelsen, periodic acid-Schiff (PAS), PAS with diastase (PAS/D), Gram and methenamine stains.

OBJECTIVE: To better understand the clinical and pathological features, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of Paget's disease accompanying breast cancer.

We present herein a case report of vanishing colon cancer with intussusception. A 70-year-old man with hematochezia was admitted to our hospital. Preoperative images showed ileus due to a colonic tumor. At operation, normograde intussusception without any tumor was recognized at the sigmoid colon. Interestingly, the regional lymph nodes were found to be invaded by tubular adenocarcinoma cells, thus suggesting that the colon cancer existed before the necrosis of the wall took place.

BACKGROUND: A 20-year-old male student developed allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA). Computed tomography (CT) of the thorax done to detect central bronchiectasis (CB) for confirmation of diagnosis revealed, in addition, right hilar lymphadenopathy.
