Multiple lymphomatous polyposis (MLP), characterized by multiple polyps involving long segments of the gastrointestinal (GI) tract, is believed to represent GI involvement by mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), primarily based on its histologic and immunophenotypic similarities with MCL.
