The effects of ibrutinib on the natural history of autoimmune cytopenias (AIC) among chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) patients treated in routine clinical practice require further investigation. BACKGROUND AND AIM: In the past decade, many chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patients have undergone sequential treatment with lamivudine (LAM), adefovir (ADV), and entecavir (ETV) to manage antiviral resistance or insufficient suppression of HBV-DNA. The environmental toxicant TCDD may elicit cytotoxic effects by inducing reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation. Autophagy is one of the first lines of defense against oxidative stress damage. Herein, we investigated whether autophagy played a regulatory role in TCDD-induced neurotoxicity.
