We studied six patients with central precocious puberty (CPP) (five girls and one boy, aged 9-14.4 years) before and after 5 and 12 months of treatment with GnRH-A (D-TRP-6-LHRH-depo, DECAPEPTYL Ferring, Sweden), and 14 age-matched prepubertal children serving as controls.
