BACKGROUND: Thyroid lymphoma (TL) is a rare malignancy. Its diagnosis is challenging due to non-specific clinical features, with management controversies, concurrent with Hashimoto's thyroiditis (HT), and heterogeneous prognoses across subtypes. This study aimed to analyze clinical spectrum and explore optimal treatment strategies to improve prognosis of TL.
METHODS: A retrospective cohort study was conducted on 61 patients with TL diagnosed in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from 2014 to 2025.

Cold agglutinin disease (CAD) is a hemolytic anemia due to anti-red cell autoantibodies that are reactive at cold temperatures. In the elderly, it may be associated with underlying B-cell lymphoma, usually a lympho-plasmacytic lymphoma variant. OBJECTIVE: To explore thymidine phosphorylase (TP) expression in B-cell lymphomas (BCLs). TP is expressed by tumor and stromal cells in a variety of cancers.
STUDY DESIGN: Paraffin-embedded tissues from follicular lymphomas, diffuse large BCLs (DLBCLs), and benign lymph nodes were studied using immunohistochemical staining with antibodies for TP and CD68. Borrelia burgdorferi has been variably associated with different forms of primary cutaneous lymphoma. Differences in prevalence rates among reported studies could be a result of geographic variability or heterogeneity in the molecular approaches that have been employed.
