We describe an unusual clinical presentation of a ganglioglioma in a patient with complex partial seizures. The patient underwent a right temporal lobectomy with subtotal tumor resection at age 15 years, followed by a complete resection 1 year later. Follow-up MRI scan a year later documented recurrence and leptomeningeal dissemination. Another biopsy was performed. Thymic epithelial neoplasms consist of thymomas, thymic carcinoids, and thymic carcinomas. Carcinomas are malignant tumors of the thymus characterized by obvious cytological anaplasia. Two-hundred-four patients with previously untreated adenocarcinoma of rectum, rectosigmoid, and sigmoid colon were retrospectively evaluated to determine patterns of recurrence following curative resection. Two cases of minute hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) found in a liver infested with Clonorchis sinensis are described. We report a case history of a woman of 66 years of age who had a granulocytic sarcoma of the cervix which presented as metrorrhagia and which at first was thought to be an anaplastic cancer. The poor general state of the patient made it impossible to start any anti-leukaemic treatment and the patient died two months after the diagnosis was made. OBJECTIVE: We report a case of rhabdomyosarcoma of the trachea in a 14-month-old child, and we present the first reported use of proton beam therapy for this tumour.
CASE REPORT: A 14-month-old girl presented acutely with a seven-day history of biphasic stridor. Emergency endoscopic debulking of a posterior tracheal mass was undertaken. Histological examination revealed an embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma with anaplasia. Multimodality therapy with surgery and chemotherapy was administered in the UK, and proton beam therapy in the USA.
CONCLUSION: Only three cases of rhabdomyosarcoma of the trachea

We describe a case of a non-invasive precursor of minimal deviation adenocarcinoma (MDA) of the uterine cervix, associated with Peutz-Jeghers syndrome (PJS). This analysis reviews the autopsy findings in 16 patients treated with irradiation for thalamic and brain stem tumors. The primary tumor site prior to treatment was the thalamus in six, midbrain in two, and the pons in eight. A cytologic study was done in three groups of patients, either for screening purposes or for the follow up of vesical tumors already treated by transurethral resection or cystectomy. The reliability of urinary cytology is closely related to the degree of tumor anaplasia (81,8% positive cytology in grade III tumors).
