This article reports a retrospective analysis of 149 evaluable cases of molar pregnancy managed at Women's Hospital, Los Angeles County/University of Southern California Medical Center, from January 1977, through June, 1983. Among 190 patients with metastatic testicular cancer who were treated by platinum-based combination chemotherapy and achieved complete remission, 4 (2.1%) developed gynecomastia 2 to 5 months after the cessation of chemotherapy.
