This study aimed to determine cavum septum pellucidum (CSP) nomogram values between 15-28 weeks of gestation. Routine biometric measurements and CSP width were measured by transabdominal ultrasonography in 6042 structurally normal foetuses between 15-28 weeks of gestation. Leflunomide is a commonly used disease modifying antirheumatic agent. However, its use is contraindicated in pregnancy. A nulliparous woman in her 40s presented with abdominal pain and dyspnoea during the second trimester of pregnancy. BACKGROUND: Reports of cerebral aneurysm and aneurysm rupture during pregnancy are rare in the literature. Aneurysms might rupture and cause intracranial hemorrhage during or after pregnancy. Aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage during pregnancy presents a challenge regarding treatment and management. No institution has reported a large patient population or experience in managing this condition during pregnancy in the literature.
