Inguinal sebaceous gland carcinoma is extremely rare, often mistaken for inflammatory skin lesions, leading to delays in diagnosis and treatment. We reported a rare clinical case of a 59-year-old male patient who presented to the hospital with a lesion in the left groin area, characterized by raised nodules, gradually increasing in size, accompanied by itching. Intraductal carcinoma (IDC) is a rare tumor of the salivary glands. Here, we report a unique case of apocrine IDC of the parotid gland of a 60-year-old male, exhibiting a striking sebaceous-like differentiation. The clinicopathological features of the scarring alopecia of discoid lupus erythematosus (DLE) were studied. Scarring alopecia was present in 34% of 89 patients with DLE and was associated with a prolonged disease course. More than half these patients had scalp involvement at the onset of the disease. Steatocystoma multiplex is a rare,almost exclusively autosomal dominant disease of the sebaceous glands. The sites of predilection are the sternal region, upper back, axillae and proximal parts of the extremities. A 78-year-old woman developed multiple yellowish nodules only on the face over a few months. Histology revealed large cysts with a thin wall and connection to sebaceous glands. Acne vulgaris is a common skin condition seen by physicians. It primarily affects adolescents, but can continue into adulthood. A key factor in the pathogenesis of acne is sebum production.
