Freehand needles can be used with multichannel vaginal cylinders (MCVC) to cover vaginal cancer >7 mm thick or with supra-vaginal extension. We report our institutional outcomes using this novel hybrid technique. Endogenous retroviruses (ERVs) are genomic sequences that originated from retroviruses and are present in most eukaryotic genomes. Vaginal oligometastatic disease of colorectal primary is a rare malignancy with few reported cases in the literature and no standardized treatment paradigm.
