Systemic infusion of high-titer anti-GD1b antiserum to two rabbits pre-inoculated with keyhole limpet hemocyanin and Freund's complete adjuvant was performed. A model of the delayed type hypersensitivity response (DTH) has been developed in Sprague-Dawley rats. The sensitizing and skin test antigen is keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH).
