Isoproterenol-induced myocardial necrosis was examined in male mice with alloxan-induced and genetically transmitted diabetes. Eighteen children in status asthmaticus, six to 14 years of age, were systematically studied to compare the efficacy of aerosolized isoetharine and isoproterenol.
