Lipomatous tumors rarely occur in the salivary glands. We report an unusual case of lipomatous pleomorphic adenoma in a 47-year-old man. The patient had no significant medical history and presented with a well circumscribed nodule measuring 3 cm in the right parotid. Histologically, the tumour was predominantly composed of sheets of mature fat cells. Rare myoepithelial cells and exceptional tubules were intermingled with the mature adipose tissue. Adrenal myelolipoma (MLS) is a rare, benign and non-functional neoplasm, composed of adipose tissue and myeloid. We report a rare case of adrenal myelolipoma of a 20-year-old female revealed with chronic abdominal pain. Computed tomography (CT) scan of the abdomen guided diagnosis and surgical resection was performed given symptomatic and bulky mass. Histological examination confirmed the diagnosis. OBJECTIVE: Renal angiomyolipoma is a mesenchymal neoplasm composed of dysmorphic blood vessels, smooth muscle, and adipose tissue. Epithelioidangiomyolipoma is an uncommon variant considered potentially malignant. We report a case of renal epithelioid angiomyolipoma suspicious for urothelialcarcinoma of renal pelvis.
METHODS: A 50-year-old woman with a 3-day history of macroscopic hematuria and CT-scan showing a tumor arising from the left renal pelvis suspicious for urothelialcarcinoma. Nephrectomy was analysed in multiple slides of hematoxilin-eosin and immunohistochemistry.

BACKGROUND & AIMS: Computed tomography (CT) scans can measure quantity and distribution of adipose tissue, which are associated with breast cancer prognosis. As a novel prognostic marker, radiodensity of adipose tissue has been examined in multiple cancer types, but never in breast cancer.
