This case report describes a patient who developed severe hypertriglyceridemia (1871 mg/dL) and hyperlipidemia (LDL 132 mg/dL) during intraperitoneal (IP) administration of cisplatin and paclitaxel as adjuvant treatment for stage IIIC fallopian tube carcinoma.
