The aims of this study were to clarify the mechanism of giant negative T waves (GNT) in patients with apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (AHCM), using myocardial SPECT with thallium-201 (201TI) and iodine-123 metaiodobenzylguanidine (123I-MIBG).
