Von Hippel-Lindau disease, an autosomal dominant condition with complete penetrance, has been recognized in a large family that originated in Newfoundland but has some members who live in New Brunswick and Ontario. PURPOSE: Selection of appropriate functional tests and questionnaires to assess capacity (tests) and performance (questionnaires) of arm/hand functioning in children with congenital transverse or longitudinal (radius dysplasia) reduction deficiencies of the upper limb.
