Objective In this report we present a rare case of a large cyst of Skene gland in a female patient with a palpable vaginal mass persisting for at least 2 years. Case Report A 67-year-old female admitted to the department of urology due to the presence of "a vaginal mass" for the past 2 years. Presentation of 9 cases of synergistic genitalia and perineum necrosing fascitis treated in our service over the last 5 years. The contents of the disease and its terminology has been reviewed by the light of the existing literature. In our series, patients mean age was 65 years. Three of our 9 patients had diabetes mellitus, and also 3 had liver disease due to alcohol. The initial septic focus was found in 8 cases, and in 4 it was urological, basically urethra's stricture. The most frequently involved germs were aerobe-anaerobe associations. Mortality was 11%.

To the best of our knowledge, there have been few reports in the literature about perineal injury without an associated pelvic fracture. In this report, we are going to discuss the mechanism, management, and outcome of two cases of perineal injury associated with car accidents. The female perineum has a complex anatomy and can be involved by a wide range of pathologies. In this article, we specifically focus on the clitoris, labia, and introitus. We discuss the normal anatomy of these structures, the MR imaging techniques to optimize their evaluation, and several common and uncommon entities that may affect them, including benign and malignant tumors, as well as infectious and inflammatory, vascular, iatrogenic, and developmental entities.

Perineal leiomyosarcoma is an extremely rare and aggressive cancer with a high metastatic potential and no defined standard treatment. There are only a few (six) reported cases in the literature. The deficient perineum is a recognized anatomical defect attributable essentially to the trauma of vaginal delivery. We studied, retrospectively, 64 women with the deficient perineum who presented in our unit for other reasons. All were parous and had previous vaginal delivery. Eighty-four percent delivered recently outside a hospital. Presumed marital disharmony occurred in 45% and may have been profound. Perineorrhaphy in the women seen, had salutary effects.

We report a case of angiomyofibroblastoma (AMF)-like tumor of the perineum in a 54-year-old man. The asymptomatic lesion measured 3 cm and appeared as a tan homogeneous mass. Histologically, it appeared as a circumscribed nodular spindle cell proliferation with alternating cellular and hypocellular areas. Hidradenitis suppurativa of the perineum and scrotum is a progressive disease and, if left untreated, may require a radical operation for its control, including orchiectomy and skin grafting. Five patients with this disease who had failed to respond to antibiotics, and incision and drainage were treated with excision of the involved scrotal and perineal tissue. Healing was promtp and contractures were minimal. Early operative management of this chronic disease is encouraged.
