OBJECTIVE: The primary objective of this study was to determine if combined travoprost ophthalmic solution 0.004% and brinzolamide ophthalmic suspension 1% therapy is superior in lowering intraocular pressure (IOP) compared to travoprost monotherapy for patients with open angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension.
