The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of goserelin-acetat (Zoladex) on testosterone suppression, to compare achieved suppression with clinical effects in patients with prostate cancer with bone metastases and consequent painful syndrome, to study the behavior of adiol during treatment and to assess life quality with emphases on the physical and psychological domain in relation to clinical and biological treatment effects.
