Because of the rapid response to crizotinib, patients with ALK-positive locally advanced disease may become resectable with the use of neoadjuvant crizotinib. A 41-year-old never-smoking man who presented with asthma attack was found to have a suspicious lesion on chest X-ray after. Crizotinib is an efficacious and well-tolerated drug in the management of ALK-positive lung cancer. BACKGROUND: Salivary gland secretory carcinoma is usually a low-grade neoplasm. However, high-grade transformation can occur and has important implications for clinical outcome.

Our aim was to explore the role of crizotinib, targeted anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK), on r/r systemic anaplastic large cell lymphoma (sALCL). The treated group prospectively screened 20 patients.
