We report 2 previously undescribed morphological variants of pancreatic intraepithelial neoplasia (PanIN). Salivary mucin plays a pivotal role in modulating aroma perception during dairy consumption. We previously elucidated five distinct protein domains (I-V) for bovine submaxillary mucin, which is encoded by two genes, BSM1 and BSM2.
