We report a case of bilateral central retinal vein occlusion following moderate acute rejection of a cardiac transplant. A 27-year-old man was admitted for sudden bilateral decreased vision due to bilateral central retinal vein occlusion. Visual acuity was 20/63 in the right eye and 20/25 in the left eye. In the present study, 110 eyes of 81 patients with uveitis who underwent intravitreal dexamethasone implant (IDI) injection and had a follow-up of at least 6 months between January, 2012 and September, 2022, were retrospectively analyzed. AIM: To report a patient with diabetic rubeosis who suffered from acute retinal ischemic change and stroke after intravitreal injection of bevacizumab.
