In this series, the commonest aetiology was tuberculosis (30 cases, 28%), followed by sarcoidosis (18 cases, 17,7%), mediterranean fever (Olmer's disease) (13 cases, 12,1%), brucellosis (8 cases, 7,4%), typhoid fever (7 cases, 6,6%) and idiopathic forms (8 cases, 7,4%). This was a 57-year-old woman who presented with mild discomfort in the right groin. Physical examination revealed a mass in the right groin, and by ultrasound, the mass was hypoechoic and solid with some internal vascularity. A 44-year-old woman was found to have a sessile lesion replacing most of her endometrium and endocervical mucosa, consisting of an intimate admixture of endometrial glands, endometrial stroma, and smooth muscle. BACKGROUND: Uterine sarcomas are mesenchymal tumors; they are rare, representing less than 2-3% of all uterine malignancies. Among them, we can define four types: leiomyosarcoma (LMS), endometrial stromal sarcoma (ESS), Adenosarcoma and Carcinosarcoma. Unicornuate uterus with a rudimentary horn is the rarest congenital anomaly of the female genital system. It can result in a variety of gynecologic and obstetric complications. This case report is an acute presentation of a cavitated, noncommunicating, rudimentary horn in a premenarcheal girl. Successful laparoscopic excision was performed. The full extent of the anomaly was diagnosed by a combination of operative findings and postoperative magnetic resonance imaging.

Embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma of the uterine cervix (cERMS) is rare and frequently associated with DICER1 mutations. We report 94 tumors that arose in patients aged 7 to 59 (median=23) years and presented with vaginal bleeding (52), protruding vaginal mass (17), cervical polyp (8), or expelled tumor fragments per vagina (5). Thirty-nine sarcomas of breast are described. The patients' ages ranged from 26 to 78 years but most patients were middle-aged or elderly. We describe 24 cases of polypoid endometriosis, most of which were referred because of problems in differential diagnosis, particularly distinction from a low-grade müllerian neoplasm. The patients were 23 to 78 years (mean 52.5 years) of age. Seven patients were on unopposed estrogen, four on combined estrogen-progestin therapy, and one patient had a synchronous ovarian thecoma.
