OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this study is to investigate whether aspirin improves the prognosis of breast cancer patients by meta analysis.
METHODS: Searched PubMed, EMBASE, and other databases for literature on the relationship between aspirin use and breast cancer prognosis, with the deadline of October 2019. The related results of all-cause death, breast cancer-specific death, and breast cancer recurrence/metastasis were extracted to combine the effect amount. Use of oral contraceptives has been shown to reduce the risk of gynecologic conditions that cause significant mortality, including ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer and ectopic pregnancy. Additionally, its use has been linked to quality-of-life issues, such as the prevention of pelvic inflammatory disease, benign breast disease and functional ovarian cysts, as well as to dysmenorrhea, premenstrual syndrome and iron deficiency anemia. Pemphigus foliaceus induced by ionizing radiation therapy is a rare condition. We describe the case of a 70-year-old female who developed pemphigus foliaceus after X-ray treatment for an adenocarcinoma of the left breast. The eruption started at the portal of irradiation and only subsequently spread to other cutaneous areas. Mucosal membranes were not affected. Skin lesions were completely responsive to dapsone therapy.

Adenomyomas are circumscribed tumorlike masses most often involving the uterus and consisting of endometrioid glands, stroma, and smooth muscle tissue. They are uncommon in extrauterine sites and in this situation it may be unclear whether such lesions represent foci of endometriosis with marked smooth muscle hyperplasia/metaplasia, uteruslike mass lesions, or leiomyomas with entrapped endometriotic glandular and stromal elements.
