Choroid plexus neoplasms account for less than 1% of all intracranial tumors, with papillomas (CPPs) more frequent than carcinomas (CPCs). In this study, a case of a 56-year-old woman with cutaneous metaplastic carcinoma in the neck is reported. It harbored basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, and sebaceous carcinoma, as well as osteosarcoma (with fibroblastic, osteoblastic, aneurysmal bone cyst-like, and chondroblastic patterns). We report on two patients with granular cell atypical fibroxanthoma. Both neoplasms were solitary, light-tan, dome-shaped papules on sun-exposed areas of the head in two elderly white men.
