Primary non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) of the breast is a rare entity that does not have a well-defined treatment strategy. At presentation, most patients are clinically thought to have a primary breast carcinoma, and the diagnosis of lymphoma is made at biopsy. BACKGROUND: Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is characterized by the absence of expression of the estrogen receptor and the progesterone receptor by immunohistochemistry and human epidermal growth factor receptor overexpression absence either by immunohistochemistry or absence of amplification by fluorescence in-situ hybridization.
