Аннотация

CASE: We report a unique case of a 14-year-old girl with juvenile osteochondritis dissecans (JOCD) lesions of the talus and humeral head. She presented with painful motion of the ankle and shoulder that failed conservative treatment and was treated with surgical intervention. Four-year follow-up was achieved.

CONCLUSION: A paucity of literature exists regarding the incidence and treatment of JOCD lesions occurring in multiple joint areas of a single patient. Our case highlights a unique presentation of contralateral, multijoint JOCD lesions and describes the treatment modalities subsequently used to address symptoms and assist in return to sport.
