Аннотация

To assess the clinical efficacy of robot-assisted percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP). From June 2023 to June 2025, 60 patients underwent TINAVI robot-assisted PKP. The working channel was planned using a unilateral pedicle approach based on the specific characteristics of the affected vertebrae. Preoperative and postoperative evaluations included visual analogue scale (VAS) scores for back pain, Cobb angle, vertebral height, bone cement leakage, complications, and postoperative cement distribution assessed via X-ray. A total of 60 PKP procedures involving 76 vertebral segments were completed with robotic assistance. Of these, 41 were single-segment, 9 were two-segment, 3 were three-segment, and 2 were four-segment procedures. Significant postoperative improvements were observed in VAS scores, Cobb angle, and vertebral height (P < 0.05). No cases of bone cement leakage or complications, such as neurological or vascular injury, occurred. Heterogeneous bone cement distribution was identified in 12 of the 76 treated segments. TINAVI robot-assisted PKP is a safe and effective approach for managing vertebral lesions. It provides high accuracy, consistent cement distribution, good reproducibility, minimal surgical trauma, and lowers the technical demands on the operating surgeon.
