Аннотация
The paper describes surgical treatment of 22 children with the abnormal development of the tibia. The character and steps of the surgery are dependent on anatomomorphological alterations of the extremity. The deformity and dislocations of feet in 16 children were corrected by stretching of the crus muscles and dissection of soft tissue obstacles. The follow-up observation of the operated patients continued from 6 months till 4 years. The results of the surgery in 20 patients were estimated as satisfactory, 2 children had recurrent deformity of the feet.
