Аннотация
Five previously undescribed lanostane triterpenes, astraeusols F (1), G (8), H (9), I (10), and J (11), together with astraeusin E (2), astraeusin F (3), astraodoric acid C (4), astrasiate (5), artabotryol A (6), and artabotryol B (7), were isolated from the fruiting bodies of the wild edible mushroom Astraeus odoratus. Astraeusols I (10) and J (11) were identified as spirocyclic lanostane triterpenes, representing a rare structural class among edible mushrooms of the Astraeus genus. Their structures were elucidated by comprehensive spectroscopic analyses, including 1D and 2D NMR experiments. Several of the isolated compounds (2, 4-8), together with previously reported compounds from A. asiaticus-astraeusin M (12), astraeusol C (13), and astraeusol D (14) were evaluated for nitric oxide modulating activity in RAW 264.7 murine macrophages. Astraeusols C (13) and G (8), followed by astraeusin M (12) and astrasiate (5), exhibited significant nitric oxide inhibitory activity without cytotoxicity.
