Аннотация
Eight previously undescribed 13-epi-manoyl oxide diterpenoids, designated udonensins A-H (1-8), were isolated from the rhizomes of Kaempferia udonensis. Their structures were elucidated based on 1D, 2D NMR, IR and HR-ESI-MS spectral data analysis, followed by electronic circular dichroism (ECD) calculations. In addition, udonensin A (1) was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction experiments. All isolated compounds were evaluated for their inhibitory effects on nitric oxide (NO) production in lipopolysaccharide-stimulated RAW264.7 cells. Among them, udonensin G (7) exhibited the strongest NO-inhibitory activity, with an IC50 value of 15.2 ± 1.1 μM and low cytotoxicity (IC50 > 50 μM). These findings reveal K. udonensis as a promising source of anti-inflammatory diterpenoids and expand the chemical diversity of the genus Kaempferia.
