Аннотация
Six novel diterpenoids (1-6) and seventeen known compounds (7-23) were isolated from the aerial parts of Siegesbeckia pubescens Makino. The chemical structures of the new compounds were established through comprehensive spectroscopic characterization, including HR-ESI-MS and 1D/2D NMR analyses, and their absolute configurations were determined by ECD calculations. The anti-inflammatory effect of all compounds against lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced RAW 264.7 cells was tested. The results indicated that compounds 2-18 and 20-23 significantly suppressed nitric oxide (NO) production.
