Аннотация
The lecture describes the etiology as well as clinical and laboratory signs of complications of pneumonias caused by different microorganisms. Risk factors that are able to give rise to complications and lead to a lethal outcome are reviewed. Indications to the choice of cryoplasmatic anti-enzyme complex components, antibacterial therapy, and surgical treatment in patients with pneumonic abscess or gangrene or pleural empyema are adduced.
