[Secondary metabolites of endophytic fungus Penicillium sp. L01 from Consolida rugulosa and their in vitro antimicrobial activities].
Аннотация
This study aimed to investigate the secondary metabolites of the endophytic fungus Penicillium sp. L01 isolated from Consolida rugulosa and their antimicrobial activities. Five compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate layer of the rice fermentation products of Penicillium sp. L01 by normal-phase silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, and ODS column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Their structures were identified as penifuranone A(1), penifattacid A(2), huaspenone B(3), psiAα(4), and N-linoleoylethanolamine(5). Compounds 1 and 2 were new compounds, and compounds 4 and 5 were isolated from Penicillium for the first time. In addition, all compounds were screened for in vitro antimicrobial activity by using a two-fold dilution method. The antimicrobial activity tests showed that compounds 1 and 3 significantly inhibited methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) with minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of 16.0 and 8.0 μg·mL~(-1), respectively.
