Аннотация
ManagiDiTH is a joint Master's programme co-designed and jointly implemented by Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, ISCTE - University Institute of Lisbon, and Laurea University of Applied Sciences. This paper presents early experiences from its pilot phase, with emphasis on administrative challenges, technical interoperability, and student experience. The main issues involved admissions, grading, accreditation, and the coordination of information systems across institutions. Experiences from the pilot phase suggest that joint programmes in digital health education can offer clear educational value, but they also require sustained administrative and technical coordination.
