Аннотация

Total hip arthroplasty (THA) is the primary surgical treatment for end-stage hip diseases; however, significant postoperative pain often severely impedes early mobilization and functional recovery. In recent years, the concept of multimodal analgesia has become a consensus in perioperative pain management, aiming to reduce opioid consumption and related complications. Liposomal bupivacaine, as a long-acting sustained-release local anesthetic, provides analgesic effects for up to 72 h following a single injection, offering a new option for postoperative pain control. Leveraging this advantage in combination with the fascia iliaca compartment block (FICB), which provides significant postoperative analgesia, holds promise for further optimizing analgesic strategies and promoting rapid recovery after THA. This article reviews the pharmacological properties of liposomal bupivacaine, the current clinical application status of FICB, and the analgesic efficacy and safety of their combined use in THA, aiming to provide evidence for clinical practice and scientific research.
