Аннотация
Changes in right-ventricular function were investigated after surgical correction of the mitral-tricuspid valvular defect and congenital heart diseases, such as the interventricular septum defect and Fallot's tetrad. In patients with acquired valvular defects, the analysis of intraventricular pressure curves showed reduced hyperfunction and better relaxation of the right ventricle. The assessment of the effects of different surgical accesses used in radical correction of the interventricular septum defect and Fallot's tetrad demonstrated the advantage of sparing surgery achieved through the right atrium.
