[The prevention of infectious diseases in the framework of the national project "Health"].

The analysis of the realization of measures of the national project "Health" in the municipal polyclinic of Moscow administrative okrug was implemented. It was revealed that the medical institution provided sufficiently intensive activities in such areas as prevention of communicable diseases (HIV included), hepatitis B and C, additional immunization of population in the framework of National immunization calendar. The data related to the population immunization extent demonstrates higher rates of coverage within these activities of primary prevention. This resulted in the decrease of morbidity of acute viral hepatitis B and C and measles in population of administrative okrug. However, the prospected rates of morbidity decrease declared in the project in respect of these diseases still are to be achieved. The implementation of such prevention programs demands the corresponding resource support and training of professionally qualified experts according the standards of primary health care.
