In 100 preparations it has been stated that with reference to the operation of sphincteroplasty, the main vascular-nervous fasciculus should be considered the one, which composition includes posterior branches of the obturative arteries, veins and nerve. The intramuscular course of the arterial and nervous branches coincides. For sphincteroplasty it is possible to use one type of transplants cut out of the posterior part of the muscle.
