[Complex diagnosis and treatment of hepatic echinococcosis in childhood].

It's specificity at children keeps special because of age. The surgery of the hydatidosis has been simpified and except for some cases. Surgical procedurs is great variability of pathology amond hydatid cyst, logically a inform treatment can not be recommended. Surgical approaches were: 1. Conservative methods--leaving of pericyst in situ; or 2. Radical methods--total pericystectomy of liver resection. Modern surgical treatments must be individualized for each cases.
